Rewards
What’s in it for me?
When you join the RAJAR Panel you will be asked to fill in a seven-day (week-long) Radio Diary each month. As a thank you for doing this we will invite you to join our rewards programme.
We have partnered with a company called BI Worldwide who are experts in reward programmes and offer a full-time, UK based team of advisors.
While on the panel you will build up points that can be redeemed for thousands of products from our dedicated website, from partners including John Lewis and Argos. Points can also be exchanged for various vouchers that can be used for shopping, restaurants and experiences, or you can choose to donate your points to a choice of charities.
After your first completed diary, we will email you a personal link to a dedicated rewards website, where you can easily keep track of your reward balance.
Diary Rewards
We offer a reward for each diary you complete for us AND to thank you for your continued participation you will receive a bonus after every third completed diary.
Below are details of the rewards:
You could earn up to £15 worth of points per month.
If you complete three diaries, you could earn a further £15 worth of points.
To confirm, these will be earned in points so £15 is equivalent to 150 points and £10 is equivalent to 100 points.
These will be awarded for completed diaries. A completed diary is one that has at least one radio listening session for each of the seven days OR if you did not listen to the radio for any of the days within the week, you must click on the ‘Did Not Listen’ option.
A diary is deemed incomplete if any of the 7 days is missing an entry. An entry is defined as either listening being registered, or “did not listen” being selected and points will not be rewarded for these diaries.
Points can be spent in our rewards catalogue. Below is an example of how easily these points can add up but it’s your choice on how you wish to spend them, either after each diary you complete, or save them up for something of higher value.
Full details can be found in the Panel booklet that has been posted to you.
